John Deere Stands Out With New 2024 QuikTrak Commercial Mowers

John Deere introduces its new 2024 QuikTrak mowers, setting a new standard for commercial-grade stand-on mowers designed for professional landscape contractors. The Q800 Series models feature compact designs that enhance visibility, maneuverability, and ease of operation. The M and R Series models have been completely redesigned to provide more horsepower and fuel capacity, while the E Series models have been updated to meet the increasing demands of the landscaping industry.

"Our new QuikTrak mowers are game-changing machines equipped with features to help transform the way contractors work," said Chase Tew, production systems & business unit manager at John Deere. "With more speed, power, and fuel capacity, our 2024 models deliver an ideal solution for customers looking to improve both productivity and profitability while benefitting from the trusted quality of a John Deere machine."

The 2024 E Series models, Q810E and Q820E, include serviceability improvements like a single power takeoff belt design and aluminum commercial mowing spindles for quick blade changes. The Q820E now features a 23.5-horsepower engine for increased mowing power.

The new Q800 M and R Series models, including Q820M, Q850M, Q850R, and Q865R EFI, have been redesigned to amplify speed, comfort, and power. These models offer a wider horsepower range, including 27-horsepower carbureted and 34.5-horsepower EFI options.

The M and R Series feature 7-Iron PRO decks available in 48-, 54-, and 60-inch sizes, with anti-scalp wheels and improved height-of-cut features. The new fuel system provides 114% more capacity, while a compact design enhances serviceability, allowing easy access to the mower deck and engine for maintenance.

Operator comfort has been prioritized with a redesigned station that includes a larger foot platform, forward-pitched leaning pad, and an enhanced display panel. The M and R Series also feature improved traction, curb-climbing capabilities, and optional factory-installed Tweel tires.

Customers purchasing the new QuikTrak mowers benefit from an extended warranty of three years or 1,200 hours on E and M Series models, and three years or 1,500 hours on R Series models.
